Biggie, Boingy and Flop are living large as rulers of the park. That is, until the city's Annual Cheese-Flavored-Crackers Festival sets up within sniffing distance. The buns want in on the festival fun! The only trouble is: pre-chewed ground crackers taste terrible; every game is rigged; and they're too short to ride the Tilt-A-Whirl. After watching a pack of savvy rats, the buns make a plan. If they add street smarts to their sass and snuggliness, could they take control of the festival and the entire city?
