Ten-year-old Billy's mum has just remarried, and his new stepdad Phil is annoying and try-hard... even if he is mega rich! So when Billy -- and his best-friend Viv -- start to think that Phil is a supervillain with an evil plan to destroy the planet, it is the perfect excuse to break him and his mum up.
